"We deal in HVAC Design & Consultancy, HVAC Sales & Supply, HVAC Installation & execution. We take care of HVAC projects, Energy Audit, server room & data centre cooling, ventilation etc."
The Government of India set up Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) on 1st March 2002 under the provision of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001. The mission of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency is to assist in developing policies and strategies with a thrust on self-regulation and market pri nciples, within the overall framework of the Energy Conservation Act, 2001 with the primary objective of reducing energy intensity of the Indian economy. Suchi Refrigeration is a leading energy audit company in India and all of our energy auditors are certified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
Suchi Refrigeration conduct Energy audit to reduce energy consumption per unit of product output or to lower operating costs. Energy Audit provides a reference point for managing energy in the organization and also provides the basis for planning more effective use of energy throughout the organization.
We undertake an energy audit of the complete electrical connected load of the building and suggest energy and cost-saving measures for which details of the area and connected load are required to be given.
In any industry, the three top operating expenses are often found to be energy (both electrical and thermal), labour and materials. If one were to relate to the manageability of the cost or potential cost savings in each of the above components, energy would invariably emerge as a top ranker, and thus energy management function constitutes a strategic area for cost reduction. The benefits of an Energy Audit include, but are not limited to,
Protection against rising energy costs.
Risk reduction for facility owners.
Minimized operating budgets.
Reduced operations and maintenance costs (O&M)
Increased reliability and longer equipment life.
Reduced downtime associated with equipment malfunctions.
Reduced physical manifestations of poor indoor air quality (i.e. mold, mildew and toxic emissions).
Positive PR from an enhanced “green” business image.
Improved operational efficiency.
Improved building occupant comfort levels.
Energy Audit will help to understand more about the ways energy and fuel are used in any industry, and help in identifying the areas where waste can occur and where scope for improvement exists. The Energy Audit would give a positive orientation to the energy cost reduction, preventive maintenance and quality control programmes which are vital for production and utility activities. Such an audit programme will help to keep focus on variations which occur in the energy costs, availability and reliability of supply of energy, decide on appropriate energy mix, identify energy conservation technologies, retrofit for energy conservation equipment etc. In general, Energy Audit is the translation of conservation ideas into realities, by lending technically feasible solutions with economic and other organizational considerations within a specified time frame.
